This 1-day workshop is designed especially for women to experience and learn a principle-based approach to self-defense. Instead of a multitude of different individual techniques for different situations, 4 principles are taught and practiced that are effective in the event of violence against women. The techniques resulting from the principles are all gross motor skills and easy to learn. After learning the simple techniques, they are deepened through exercise under stress (REBASE). In addition to imparting principles and techniques, the workshop focuses on psychological and tactical aspects of facing and fighting aggression. Due to the attacker's surprising and often terrifying aggression, the defender is initially at a disadvantage both physically and psychologically. The course places a great emphasis on quickly correcting and reversing this imbalance through simple, highly efficient gross motor techniques. Unconventional defense strategies as well as conflict avoidance and de-escalation are trained in many practical exercises. The course day not only gives participants a useful advantage in any self-defense situation, but also offers countless interesting moments of self-awareness in stressful situations.

9 hours, 4 to 20 participants, appointment by appointment, no prior knowledge required, average physical constitution, the workshop includes physical exercises with increased heart rate.

Maintaining cognitive and physical functions under stress, higher efficiency with reduced energy expenditure in management, increasing performance in stressful occupations through training methods of fighting units.

6 hours, 6 to 16 participants, appointment by arrangement, no prior knowledge required, average physical condition, the workshop includes physical exercises with an increased heart rate. Cost: €290 per person.

A workshop for managers, executives, entrepreneurs, first-line responders (emergency physicians, paramedics, police officers), pilots, flight attendants and anyone who is under pressure to keep calm in their everyday lives preserve, make the right decisions and act efficiently.

Working under physical and mental stress is trained using the example of the tasks and activities of special units of the military and security services. The goals of the workshop are recognizing and understanding the mechanisms and effects of stress on decision-making and performance (critical incident stress, tunnel vision, selective hearing) and maintaining the ability to make decisions, act and perform under stress in extreme situations.

This exciting workshop gives participants an insight into the training methods of Special Operations units. Members of such task forces are able to switch from one moment to the next from relaxation to action and combat in a reliable manner and to operate efficiently and purposefully. The knowledge of the ability to react within fractions of a second and to carry out what you have learned safely despite high stress levels allows those trained in this way to act with greater self-confidence and efficiency in any professional area.

The workshop works with training techniques from professional security services in the areas of training, planning, simulation, improvisation, emotional and physical fitness as well as determination/motivation.

We demonstrate the objective measurement of subjects' stress levels before, during, and after a challenge using a heart-rate-variability measurement method developed in the United States that is now used to train police officers, fighter pilots, and managers.

In this way, the workshop imparts both the theoretical framework on the topic of "acting under stress" and self-awareness in the context of practical exercises and scenario training. Participants learn efficient techniques to realistically assess situations under pressure, to take actions in a balanced and goal-oriented manner and thus to act successfully when needed most.

Workshop 8 hours

The target audience of this workshop is mid-level managers, who wish to increase their business-stamina, decision making abilities under stress and who never want to lose their target out of eyesight, when under fire.

The workshop is applying the mindset and psychological attitude of Special Operations combatants to a civil business environment.

  • How do Special Operations team members perform successfully when failure is no option?
  • How can we translate best practice from the area of Special Operations training to the world of business and management?
  • What can we learn from Special Operations combatants when we operate in a hostile (business)-environment, when fighting uphill battles and when we feel that our endurance and our motivation are fading.

Participants in this workshop will not only find interesting and exciting personal answers to above questions but will also acquire a toolbox of techniques that can be applied in business leadership, management and negotiations.

The workshop consists of eye-opening talks, exciting exercises and personal challenges, that will take participants to the edge of their comfort zone and slightly beyond. The result shall be improved decision making, decisiveness when needed, the unbreakable will to succeed, target oriented process management and an improved ability to perform under stress.

Workshop Content Bullet Points:

  • The Mental Inhibitors - Recognizing them and practicing tools to deal with them will improve the manager's performance under pressure and in complex situations, similarly to the environment of the warrior under fire. An equally important tool is the ability to quickly recognize the opponent's mental inhibitors and act accordingly and effectively.
  • Defining Values as a point of strength to deal with any situation - "being brave means being authentic to the values that define you". These values are an individual´s most secure point of strength, especially under conditions of stress and crisis. Our dominant beliefs stand behind 90% of our decision-making. Developing a higher awareness of our values and beliefs will be the strongest element in improving the process of decision-making, especially under pressure. Participants will practice developing awareness of personal values and beliefs, which will serve as the initial basis for functional improvement and effective decision-making under pressure.
  • Desires - What Do I Really Want? dealing with this issue sharpens the gap of abilities between the combatant or manager who is truly and willingly committed to specific goals (personal or team), and the individual who acts only by virtue of his position. Participants will learn how to distinguish between the general world of desires, and those for which they feel fully and personally committed. The ability to define precise goals will be derived from this, as well as the ability to 'step outside the comfort zone', take rational but braver risks and win critical encounters.
  • Stress - The ability to perform under pressure is a key component to the warrior´s success. Participants will recognize and understand the mechanism and effects of stress on decision-making and performance. Maintaining the ability to assess situations, decision-making and acting reliably and purposefully under stress in extreme situations is key to both, the Special-Operations combatant and the successful manager. The workshop gives an insight into the training methods of Special Operations units and demonstrates the objective scientific measurement of a persons´ sympathetic stress level before, during and after a challenge.

In this workshop, your team will experience an exciting and informative day that they will not soon forget. Halevi Partner instructors give the participants an insight into the workings of professional bodyguards and train the team in crash courses in individual areas of VIP protection. As the climax of the workshop, the team puts what they have learned into practice in a realistic personal protection exercise. The SVIP UNIT (SPECIAL VIP PROTECTION UNIT) that was newly created on this day, consisting of you and your colleagues, has the task of accompanying the internationally renowned scientist Professor John Wilkinson as his personal protection team to a public event. Professor Wilkinson made a groundbreaking discovery to develop a safe form of nuclear fusion that will make fossil fuels obsolete in the near future. Professor Wilkinson has since been threatened by a radical group of fundamentalist extremists. We have reliable information that an attack on Professor Wilkinson is planned to be committed at the event. It is of imminent importance to bring the professor safely to the event and to ensure his safety during the ceremony. In the first part of the workshop, the participants choose from a selection of individual courses the skills they deem necessary for the fulfillment of the assignment. These skills include, among other things, armed personal protection, sniper training, driving a car with VIP, entrance control, examining a room for explosives, drawing up a security and emergency plan. In the second part of the workshop, the participants receive training in their respective skills and practice them with our instructors. In the third part of the workshop, the members of the SVIP UNIT plan the specific operation - i.e. the personal protection of Professor Wilkinson - as well as the associated emergency plans. In the fourth and last part, the mission is carried out. Halevi Partner provides Professor Wilkinson as well as the attackers and extras. The operation is carried out realistically with force on force simulation weapons and the same ammunition, protective clothing, vehicles, radios, metal detectors and the like. The conclusion is a de-briefing of the mission. The members of SVIP UNIT receive a certificate and video documentation of their work. The aim of the workshop is to present the participants as a team with a new, unknown and extraordinary challenge, to strengthen cooperation while respecting the personal strengths and weaknesses of the participants and, as a group, above all, of course, the life of Professor Wilkinson under all circumstances to protect. All training content and training methods correspond to the real world of professional special units and bodyguards, however, these are of course taught and practiced in a simplified and extremely condensed form within a few hours.

During the Workshop team members do not only perform "fighting" tasks but also have to fulfil strategic jobs such as visitor profiling, entrance control, steering the security vehicle, coordination of operations via radio, etc., so that there are interesting tasks for everyone.

All Halevi Partner instructors are former members of special police and military units as well as professional security services. The workshop gives an exciting and interesting insight into the working methods of the units mentioned. It does, however, not serve as a professional security training but as a group dynamics seminar.

8 hours, 6 to 18 participants, appointment by arrangement. No physical requirements, the workshop includes exercises with increased heart rate. Costs: € 3,890 for up to 10 participants. From the 11th person additional € 100 per person.

Do you travel a lot? Are you traveling in foreign countries for work? Do you enjoy going on adventurous trips, maybe even with family and children?

Travel, however enjoyable, interesting or necessary it may be, poses an increased security risk. At airports, train stations, in hotels, at tourist attractions and mass events, travelers are more likely to be victims of assaults, explosions, accidents, fires, mass panic and sexual assault , kidnappings, thieves or robbers.

Business travel and tourism are an indispensable part of our lives and scaremongering is by no means indicated. The observance of certain precautionary measures and the observance of some safety rules make staying in distant countries but also in the football stadium or concert hall a safe pleasure.

Our Travel Safety & Security workshop deals with and trains in a systematic manner the measures that you as a traveler should take into account in order to return home safe and sound. In this 5-hour workshop we cover all stages of your journey from check-in, your seat on the plane, taxi, rental car, hotel and hotel room, public transport, tourist attractions, to your hosts facilities . The training content ranges from travel planning and simple technical measures to secure your hotel room to training so-called situational awareness. Good situational awareness is essential in several respects, as it not only allows a generally faster reaction in an emergency but also prevents paralysis. The workshop also goes into detail on particularly important safety aspects for women. Finally, we also deal with reactions and rules of conduct in the event of an emergency that actually arises, be it a pickpocket, sexual harassment or even a kidnapping.

At company workshops on this topic, we can, upon request, cater to the peculiarities of specific countries / regions or situations.

5 hours, 6 to 24 participants, appointment by arrangement. No previous knowledge required, no special physical constitution required Costs: € 290 per person

The early detection of a potential threat can be decisive for successful countermeasures, be it fight or flight, both in the professional security sector and in the civil sector.

In this course, participants learn to see their surroundings in public spaces through the eyes of a security professional. Paranoia? No, safety culture!

Nobody doubts that driving a vehicle requires a high level of situational awareness in order to protect yourself and other road users. Situational awareness is also necessary in order to protect yourself and your family from dangers that can arise in public spaces. Such dangers range from petty criminal pickpockets, robberies at ATMs, violent and sexual crimes to mass panic, terrorist attacks and active shooters.

In the workshop we demonstrate techniques and behaviors that help security professionals recognize impending dangers a decisive seconds earlier without being permanently in exhausting tension. Subsequently, we teach the correct behavior in dangerous situations, the avoidance of a freeze and techniques for quick situation analysis and consistent action.

In an exciting and entertaining way, the workshop conveys professional methods to quickly grasp security-relevant situations in their entirety and to react correctly and decisively. The principle-based process of decision-making in dangerous situations comes from the training of military and police special units. The civil version of this training course includes numerous practical exercises that help participants to see the world around us through the attentive eyes of Special Ops.

3 hours, 6 to 20 participants, appointment by arrangement, no prior knowledge required, average physical constitution, the workshop includes physical exercises with increased heart rate. Cost: € 190 per person
