General

Halevi Partner GmbH (hereinafter Halevi) offers the use of an officially licensed shooting range for authorized persons, shooting courses, safety training and self-defense courses, as well as adventure shooting (Erlebnisschießen) for persons who do not hold a weapons authorization.

The customers are consumers within the meaning of § 1 Abs 1 Z 2 KSchG (Section 1 para. 1 no. 2 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act). Texts on the website are written in a gender-neutral manner. All genders are addressed equally, without any intention to discriminate.

In addition to these General Terms and Conditions, the shooting range rules and the guidelines for participation in trainings, courses and instruction also apply. Participants must read and sign these carefully before the session, and they must be strictly observed.

All business relationships between Halevi and the customers are subject to these General Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the time the contract is concluded.

Customers are obliged to provide truthful and complete information in the course of the business relationship. This concerns above all personal data (name, date of birth, address, etc.). Halevi must treat this data confidentially and protect it from access by unauthorized persons. Should the customer suspect misuse by third parties, they must inform Halevi thereof without delay.

Payment Terms

The prices stated on the website are in EUR and include value added tax. The amounts stated at the time of the inquiry apply in each case. The setting of prices is at Halevi's discretion. Payment is made on site in cash or by card payment, or, by arrangement, by bank transfer before the session. Halevi is free to require an individual deposit before the appointment. In the event of a cancellation of the appointment that is not made in due time, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit is retained by the contractor and not refunded.

Exclusion of Liability

The contractor's liability for slight negligence is excluded.

This limitation of liability does not apply with respect to personal injury.

The exclusion of liability set out in the shooting range rules and in the guidelines for participation in trainings, courses and instruction also applies.

Halevi is entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The General Terms and Conditions published on this website apply in each case.

This contractual relationship is governed by Austrian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

Special Terms: Shooting Range

A condition for the use of the shooting range is a valid Austrian firearms possession card (Waffenbesitzkarte) or firearms pass (Waffenpass) (weapons authorization).

A person with a weapons authorization may bring a person without a weapons authorization to shoot, provided the person with the weapons authorization has held it for at least 12 months.

Responsibility for the safety of all persons present in the shooting range lies with the person holding the weapons authorization.

Persons under 16 years of age may not enter the shooting range.

Spectators are not permitted in the shooting range.

Booking

By submitting the booking of a Static Shooting Lane or the Dynamic Shooting Hall, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions. The contract between Halevi and the customer is valid upon confirmation by Halevi. This confirmation is given by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Halevi reserves the right, without stating reasons, to refuse a contract, to withdraw from a contract, or to exclude a customer from the use of the shooting range.

Every customer must observe the shooting range rules. The customer is provided with the relevant shooting range rules before the first use of the shooting range. Every customer must read the shooting range rules carefully and confirm them with their signature. Halevi reserves the right to have customers re-confirm the shooting range rules by signature in the event of a change to the shooting range rules and/or from time to time.

Special Terms: Adventure Shooting (Erlebnisschießen)

Halevi Partner GmbH (hereinafter Halevi) offers adventure shooting (hereinafter appointments/sessions) in the field of shooting sports for persons who do not hold a weapons authorization. The focus is on the introduction to and familiarization with weapons and techniques for beginners and interested persons.

What is learned and demonstrated in the sessions is to be regarded as an experience and does not replace any training or education with the respective weapons. Any application outside the session is undertaken on one's own responsibility and at one's own risk. The session does not count as confirmation pursuant to § 5 Abs. 1 der 2. WaffV (Section 5 para. 1 of the 2nd Austrian Firearms Ordinance)

Booking and Conclusion of Contract

By submitting the booking inquiry by clicking the button "Book without obligation", the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions. The contract between Halevi and the customer is valid upon confirmation (where applicable, also after adjustment of the appointment) by Halevi. This confirmation is given by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Halevi is free, without stating reasons, to refuse a contract or to withdraw from it.

Cancellation Provisions

The customer has the option to withdraw from the agreed services free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed appointment. If the agreed service is cancelled within the 72 hours before the appointment, Halevi has the right to invoice the agreed services in full, unless it can sell the service to another customer.

For each appointment/session, an individual time window is planned and reserved for carrying out the session. Should the customer not arrive punctually at the agreed time and the program consequently not be carried out to the agreed extent, the agreed price must nevertheless be paid.

Shooting Range Rules

The customer is provided with the relevant shooting range rules in writing before the start of the session. Before the start of the session, every participating customer must acknowledge the shooting range rules by signature. Without this acknowledgment, the session cannot begin. The shooting range rules are also explained to the customer verbally before the start of the session.

The shooting range rules must be strictly observed by the customer. Contravention may lead to exclusion from the session by Halevi.
