Workshop goals:
Understand and recognize the mechanisms and effects of stress on decision-making and performance
Train the ability to maintain decision-making, action, and performance capability under stress and in extreme situations
In this high-intensity workshop, participants gain insight into the training methods of special operations units. Members of these units are able to reliably switch from a state of relaxation to action and combat within seconds and operate efficiently and purposefully. The knowledge and confidence that come from knowing how to react within a split second and execute learned actions safely under high stress enable individuals to act more confidently, optimistically, and efficiently in any professional field. The methods learned and the self-experiences during the course are equally applicable to civilian fields such as management and first responders, as well as military and security special units.
Participants are trained using professional security service methods in areas such as training, planning, simulation, improvisation, emotional and physical fitness, and determination/motivation.
The course delivers both a theoretical foundation on operating under stress and practical hands-on experiences through exercises and scenario training. Participants learn efficient techniques to realistically assess situations, act thoughtfully and purposefully, and succeed — even under pressure or danger.

4 hours, for groups of 6 to 20 participants, no prior experience required, average physical condition needed, includes physical exercises with elevated heart rate.

Paranoia? No — security culture!
No one doubts the importance of situational awareness while driving. The same is true for protecting yourself and your family in public spaces. Threats range from pickpocketing and ATM assaults to sexual attacks, mass panic, terrorist attacks, and active shooters.
This workshop demonstrates techniques and behaviors that security professionals use to recognize impending danger seconds earlier, without remaining in a state of exhausting alertness.
The workshop delivers engaging and practical instruction on how to quickly assess security-relevant situations and respond decisively and appropriately.
Business travelers and tourists face elevated risks at airports, train stations, hotels, conferences, tourist attractions, and crowded events — including robbery, assault, fires, panic, explosions, kidnappings, and theft.
By following certain precautions and developing „situational awareness“, personal safety while traveling can be significantly improved.
In this 4-hour workshop, we cover all stages of your journey — from check-in, seat selection on a plane, taxis, rental cars, hotels and hotel rooms, public transport, tourist destinations, all the way to your hosts’ office spaces.
Our principle-based approach to decision-making under threat is adapted from the training of military and police special forces. This civilian version of the training includes numerous practical exercises that help participants see the world around them with the sharp eyes of Special Ops.
4 hours, 4 to 40 participants, date upon request, no prior experience or special physical requirements needed
