Special Operations Stress Training
Special Operations Stress Training
A workshop for managers, executives, entrepreneurs, first-line responders (emergency medical personnel, paramedics, police officers), pilots, flight attendants, and anyone who needs to remain calm, make the right decisions, and act efficiently under pressure in their daily lives.
4 to 5 hours, 6 to 16 participants, no prior experience required, average physical condition needed; the workshop includes physical exercises with elevated heart rate. Date upon request.
Workshop goals:
- Understand and recognize the mechanisms and effects of stress on decision-making and performance
- Train the ability to maintain decision-making, action, and performance capability under stress and in extreme situations
In this high-intensity workshop, participants gain insight into the training methods of special operations units. Members of these units are able to reliably switch from a state of relaxation to action and combat within seconds and operate efficiently and purposefully.
Participants are trained using professional security service methods in areas such as training, planning, simulation, improvisation, emotional and physical fitness, and determination/motivation. The course delivers both a theoretical foundation on operating under stress and practical hands-on experiences through exercises and scenario training.
