Shooting range in Vienna for visitors: test weapon systems, no firearms licence and no experience needed
At the experience shooting session you shoot at our shooting range in Vienna Donaustadt under the guidance of an instructor. You need neither a firearms licence nor previous experience, just a valid photo ID and a minimum age of 18. We provide the weapons, ammunition and hearing protection, you choose one of three packages. There are no fixed dates, we arrange every appointment individually with you. Possible from three people, suitable as a gift, for a stag party or as part of a corporate event.
Visiting Vienna? Our shooting range is at Rothergasse 2 in Vienna 1220, about twenty minutes by car from the city centre and around nine minutes on foot from the Süßenbrunner Straße bus stop, served by lines 95A and 22A. We do not take walk-ins: every visit is arranged in advance, so tell us your preferred day and we confirm the appointment by email or phone. Bring a valid passport or ID card, no firearms licence is required, and a session takes one to two hours.
Under the guidance of our instructors, you’ll gain insight into the functionality and shooting behavior of pistols and semi-automatic rifles used by police and military special forces.
Our trainers come from the professional security sector and show you the differences between sporting target shooting and combat- or self-defence-style shooting.
The Shooting Experience is not a training course, but rather an introduction to the training world and shooting techniques of special forces. Participants complete exercises independently under the supervision and instruction of a professional special operator and have the opportunity to try out various weapon systems.
The highest priority is given to participant safety. Participants are expected to adhere to a certain level of military discipline and order during the shooting experience.
